Hey, I'm Ava, a 20-year-old transgender (MtF) game developer with a passion for indie games and general tomfoolery. As of the moment I am very much an amateur indie game dev who's techically not made a game... yet... technically.
My engine of choice is Unreal Engine (fuck Unitless). I have been using it since I was about 16 which probably makes you think I'm good at it... Hah, no. I can still barely contain that beast, even with my gaming pc. Any tips to make the editor not lag when just loading the landing page is greatly appreciated!
VR games like Red Matter and Into the Radius are a big insparation to me, not only in game development, but general story telling! The same thing goes for Syberia, and Amnesia (mostly because I have been following these game series for YEARS).
Currently I am working on a project called Paramnesia which is heavily inspired by 3 of the games I mention earlier. There's nothing much to it right now, as it's just an idea I've had for awhile. It is a passion project but as with most of my passions, they will probably cheat on me with someone else ;)
